Let's say it: if there is a voice that rises above all for its ability to surprise, this voice is definitely Miu Miu. The Spring 2012 collection confirms the tone of freedom that the head of Prada reserves for her brand Miu Miu. "What interests me is fashion" she said "especially when it concerns Miu Miu." Designed in a very short amount of time, the collection is setting the trend just as the new designer intended it to.

Paco Rabanne made its return at Paris Fashion Week with the "Femme Lumière" collection designed by Manish Arora. The Indian stylist is inspired by architecture and modern art, where luxury and technology merge. It was not by mere chance that the show was held at the cultural Pompidou Centre in Paris.
Here is Grace Bol walking for Maiyet, one of the eye-openers at Paris fashion week. Founded by the lawyer Paul Van Zyl, Maiyet is a fashion house created with the aim of helping and improving the lives of the poor through their profits. The Paris show has been really appreciated.

Surprising to the point of going to serve his models a glass of champagne in his show, Chalayan has the ability to pass off his minimalist dresses with a revolutionary delicacy. Yuliana Dementyeva in his dresses was a perfect example. These dresses seemed to be barely touching her.

The Vivenne Westwood SS 2012 show at Paris Fashion Week exemplified her eccentric style. The models walked in geisha shoes whilst wearing pretty blue dresses. The styling is always fully-loaded and is integral to the image being displayed.

Its been a wild and crazy fashion week in Paris and its always refreashing to see new faces. Our very own Mia Moretti has certainly been making the rounds here in Paris, whom has welcomed her with open arms... Wouldn't you?
